It just wouldn't be fall without these!
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees. Line your muffin pans with paper baking cups (I spray the cups with a bit of nonstick cooking spray). In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Break eggs into another bowl. Add pumpkin and melted butter and whisk until well blended.
Stir in the chocolate chips (the ones you haven't already eaten!)
Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and fold with a rubber spatula just until combined.
